Since the current MSA Constitution was drafted in spring of 2000, there have been six different regimes administrations and positive growth in members, activities, and responsibilities since we first began.

Due to these changes, we, the MSA Officers have also decided to update our Constitution to reflect as such.

This meeting is a formal, closed gathering of the current MSA Officers.

This meeting will be held at UTD on February 18th, 2006 from 9am until Dhuhr.
The meeting will be held soon.

We will be redrafting the Constitution using the guidlines already set forth.

Any decisions will be made public to the members of the MSA.
